General surgeons provide preoperative, operative, and postoperative surgical care for a wide variety of diseases, including diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, the abdominal organs, the breasts, and traumatic injuries, and complete care of critically ill patients with underlying surgical conditions.  Our surgeons offer a wide range of general surgery services, as well as screening colonoscopy and upper endoscopy.  Outpatient surgical and endoscopic procedures are performed at the Oregon Surgery Center, while inpatient surgeries are performed at CHI Mercy Health.
